Kambia┃UAB Graduate

Been a bit behind on blogging lately, but here is a recent graduate shoot. Kambria graduated from UAB back in August and is now a nurse. She KILLED her shoot! I mean, just look at her!!!!

Congrats, Kambria! I know you are gonna be one heck of a nurse!

Wilder⎜Family [Part 2]

…and Maggie is HOME! With many, many adopted siblings myself, I absolutely love photographing adoptive families. The Wilders have adopted twice now and what a joy it was to be able to photograph them within just two weeks of their little girl coming home. Maggie is the most precious thing. With her and her new sister Millie together, the cuteness was just too much!

So excited for this new journey you all are on! What a beautiful family you have.

Wilder⎜Family [Part 1]

SO excited to finally share these photos! The Wilder family previously adopted from Ethiopia and, more recently, began the process to adopt again and this time from India. I got to take adoption “announcement” photos for them earlier this year – what a neat idea! I wanted to share a few photos from that session before sharing their full and complete family photos as a family of 4. 🙂

Earlier this year I took newborn photos of little Liza and a couple weeks ago I got to take her 6 month portraits. My has she grown! I also didn’t think she could get any cuter!

The sweet crocheted dress she has on is over 70 years old and she is the 13th child to wear it. How neat is that?! I love it when there is a deep meaning or history behind what my clients incorporate into their photos.

The Touliatos family had grandparents and siblings and cousins in town for Mother’s Day. So glad we were able to get a session in while they were here! Extended family photos may sometimes feel hectic, but this group was so fun! Not to mention so good looking!

Another future Auburn tiger! So darn handsome!
